Do I need a physical card to start?

No. Create a free digital card and share it by QR or link right away. The printed NFC card is an optional add-on — a UV-printed card from S$28, in gold, silver, black or white. Order one from PrintVolution whenever you like.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Tapping works on any modern iPhone (XS and newer) and any Android phone with NFC — no app to install. Phones without NFC can scan your card’s QR code instead.

What does the free tier include?

A hosted card page with your name, role, unlimited links, contact buttons and save-to-contacts — free forever. Paid tiers add a profile photo (Photo), themes, analytics and lead capture (Pro), and team management (Business).

What if I lose my physical card?

Your page and data are safe — the card is just a pointer. Contact us and we’ll disable the lost card so taps stop working, then link a replacement to the same page.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Anytime. Your card drops back to the free tier at the end of the paid period — the page itself stays live forever.

Can I change my details after printing?

Yes — that’s the point. The printed card only carries a link; everything it opens is editable in your dashboard at any time.
